Sustain Equity Group (SEG) is a pioneering non-profit organization that strives to bring about transformative change in historically underrepresented and marginalized communities. With a primary focus on black women and girls in America. SEG partners with higher education institutions, organizations, and agencies to tackle issues of the root causes of gun violence. We are the research, and we are the answer. With over a decade-long experience in violence prevention, we are committed to creating safe, culturally aware spaces where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive.
