At the heart of Sustain Equity Group (SEG) is our President & CEO, Kayla Hicks. A woman of resilience and strength, Kayla has navigated through unthinkable challenges to rise and create a new narrative. But her vision extends beyond her own journey. Kayla is committed to creating a platform for many, understanding the critical need for Black women in leadership to have the support of authentic sisterhood and mentorship across barriers.
